Invesco Income Growth Trust

FTSE Russell notes the proposed Scheme of Reconstruction and voluntary liquidation of Invesco Income Growth Trust (UK, 0358572, FTSE SmallCap Index) whereby shareholders will automatically receive shares in Invesco Select Trust (UK, B1DPVL6, non-constituent) or can elect to receive a cash alternative in exchange for their current holdings, with the cash alternative for a maximum of 30% of Invesco Income Growth Trust. Invesco Income Growth Trust is expected to suspend prior to disclosure of the stock terms and election results.

Subject to shareholder approval and based on the current timetable, FTSE Russell anticipates the following treatment:

Wednesday 21 April 2021:

Expected last day of trading in Invesco Income Growth Trust.

Friday 23 April 2021:

Expected announcement of the transaction terms and election results.

In the absence of an active market, the close price for Invesco Income Growth Trust will be updated to reflect the default stock terms of Invesco Select Trust.

FTSE Russell expects to announce confirmed index changes, subject to the timely announcement of the stock terms.

Monday 26 April and Tuesday 27 April 2021:

The close price for Invesco Income Growth Trust will be updated to reflect the default stock terms of Invesco Select Trust.

Wednesday 28 April 2021 (at the earliest):

Invesco Income Growth Trust will be deleted from FTSE Russell indexes.

Invesco Select Trust will be added to the FTSE SmallCap Index using its market price and with index shares reflecting the default stock terms.

FTSE Russell will issue further notices confirming index treatment in due course.
