Transfer of Shares from Treasury

Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited, the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, announces that 1,193,995 treasury shares have been transferred to the Property Advisor, QSix Residential Limited in satisfaction of the performance fee of €6,304,291 due for the three years ended 31 December 2020, as detailed in the Company's final results announcement on 29 March 2021.

Following this transfer, the Company has 100,751,410 ordinary shares in issue of which 3,926,495 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 96,824,915 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
