The Directors have declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 1 penny per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February 2022, to be paid on 27th May 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7th May 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 6th May 2021.
