In response to the backdrop of economic uncertainty resulting from Covid-19, the extensions to reporting deadlines announced by the Financial Conduct Authority for listed company annual financial statements remain in place.

The Company has considered the available extension and can confirm that given the significant impact of Covid-19 on the sector and the Company it intends to release the annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 in May 2021.
