RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 28^th April 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,034 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £20.11 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,274,720 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,865,618.
