RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 12^th May 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share scheme 1,841 Ordinary Shares at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,743,743 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,396,595.
