N10/21 - GraniteShares Financial Plc ETP

1.        London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange") has temporarily halted GraniteShares Financial Plc 3x Short Tesla ETP (TIDMs: 3STS, 3STE, 3STP ISIN: XS219397267).  Trades that were executed 08:00 - 08:55 are currently under review pending confirmation from market participants as to their understanding of the impact of a corporate action on the ETP, effective today.

2.        It is expected that the Exchange may enforce cancellation of some of those trades executed and impacted member firms will be notified.  A further updated Notice will be issued in due course.
