N12/21 - Update - GraniteShares Financial Plc ETP

1.        Further to Stock Exchange Notices N10/21 and N11/21 trading in GraniteShares Financial Plc 3x Short Tesla ETP (TIDMs: 3STS, 3STE, 3STP ISIN: XS219397267) remains temporarily halted while London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange") awaits confirmation from downstream market participants that processing of the corporate action effective on 17 May 2021 has fully completed.  Following confirmation being received, the Exchange shall issue a further Stock Exchange Notice and trading will be resumed accordingly.
