In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Persimmon Plc announces that Dean Finch, Group Chief Executive of the Company, has today been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Diploma Plc.

The Company also notes that Roger Devlin, Chairman of the Company, resigned as Chairman of William Hill PLC on 22 April 2021, on the acquisition of William Hill by Caesars UK Holdings Limited and the subsequent de-listing of William Hill shares from the London Stock Exchange's main market.
