Directorate Changes
Following the completion and approval of the audited results for the period ended 31 December 2020, Colin Weinberg has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors ("the Board") with immediate effect. The Directors thank him for his efforts in operating the Company, assisting with its corporate reconstruction and bringing the Company to the point where it could move forward effectively.
Charles Morgan, an experienced natural resources investor, and Jeremy Sturgess-Smith, who has been acting in a consulting capacity for the Company, have been appointed to the Board to assist in its future development and, in particular, in acquiring a significant business or project and in bringing the Company to onto an appropriate market.
