RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 26^th May 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,768 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £20.11 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 11,291,469 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 783,848,869.
