Owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury on 28 May 2021. Following the issuance there will be 153,220,484 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 7,696,700 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 28 May 2021 at a price of 241.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
