Geneva, 3 June 2021: Further to the announcement made on 2 June 2021 by Wizz Air Holdings plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") on the proposed conversion of all of the Convertible Shares in the capital of the Company, the Company has made applications for admission of the 17,377,203 Ordinary Shares resulting from the conversion to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, which admission is expected to take place on or around 7 June 2021.
