Owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the allotment of 275,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury on 4 June 2021. Following the issuance there will be 153,495,484 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 7,421,700 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 4 June 2021 at a price of 242.00 per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
