Offer for Subscription - Offer period extended.

Insight Business Support plc (the Company) and The Share Republic.com Ltd have agreed to extend the Offer period for the Offer for Subscription to subscribe for new shares in Insight Business Support plc.

The new closing date for the Offer is 1.00pm on 30^th June 2021. Results of the Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer will be announced on 7^th July and Admission and commencement of dealings is expected at 8.00 on 8^th July, (or such later date as the Company and The Share Republic.com Ltd may agree (not being later than 29^th July 2021).
