The Board of Gabelli Value Plus+ Trust Plc announces that an interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2021 of 1.2 pence per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 2 July 2021 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 18 June 2021 (ex-dividend date is 17 June 2021).
