Initial Enforcement Order

The CMA has served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on 26 May 2021, in relation to the anticipated acquisition by CHC Group LLC of Babcock Mission Critical Services Offshore Limited, Babcock Offshore Services Australasia Pty Ltd, and Babcock Denmark A/S.
