Capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the prospectus for Invesco Markets II plc (the "Company") dated 18 February 2020, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time (the "Prospectus"), and the supplement for Invesco Variable Rate Preferred Shares UCITS ETF (the "Fund") (the "Supplement"). Copies of the Prospectus and the Supplement are available upon request during normal business hours from the registered office of the Company or from the local representative of the Company in each jurisdiction in which the Fund is registered for public distribution.

In accordance with the current policy of the Central Bank, this document has not been reviewed by the Central Bank.

Notification of outcome of an extraordinary general meeting to change the investment objective of the Fund

Dear Shareholder

Further to our letters dated 7 May 2021 and 3 June 2021, we write to inform you of the outcome of the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to change the investment objective of the Fund.

At the EGM, Shareholders voted upon and passed the resolution to change the investment objective of the Fund as outlined in the notice of the EGM circulated to Shareholders on 7 May 2021.

The effective date of the change to the investment objective of the Fund will be on or around 30 June 2021. The revised Supplement will be published on https://etf.invesco.com as soon as practicably possible.
