RE: Change of Sub-fund Name

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of KraneShares ICAV (the "ICAV") wishes to announce that with effect from 17 June 2021 the KraneShares ICBCCS SSE Star Market 50 Index UCITS ETF, a sub-fund of the ICAV, will change its name to the KraneShares ICBCCS SSE STAR Market 50 Index UCITS ETF.

The rights of the shareholders are not affected.
