The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2021.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:

Dividend per share:	3.80 pence
Ex-dividend date:	8 July 2021
Record date:	9 July 2021
Payment date:	6 August 2021

A final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2021 will be proposed at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, as in previous years.
