N14/21 – Plaza Centers N.V. (ISIN: NL0011882741)

1.        Further to Plaza Centers N.V.'s ("Plaza") announcement (RNS: 8183C) and Euroclear UK & Ireland's Operational Bulletin 2021-108 published on 23 June 2021 regarding the disablement and expiry of Plaza's depository interests in CREST at close of business on Wednesday 30 June 2021, London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange") will suspend trading in the security at close of business on Friday 25 June 2021, under Rule 1510 of the Rules of the London Stock Exchange. 

2.        Following confirmation of the implementation of Plaza's proposed settlement solution, the Exchange will issue a further Stock Exchange Notice to advise when Plaza will be restored to trading.
