The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 June 2021 it purchased 466,414 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 85.22 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 117,734,097 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
