Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 June 2021 it purchased 444,593 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 71.54 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 125,538,048 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
