As of 30 June 2021, Wilmington plc's ('Wilmington') issued share capital with voting rights consists of 87,569,384 ordinary shares of 5p each.

34,533 ordinary shares are held in treasury and are not included in the above figure.

87,569,384 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
