Completion of acquisition of remaining interest in Armadillo

Further to its announcement of 23 June 2021, the Group announces that it has today exercised its call option in respect of the agreement (the "SPA") to acquire the remaining stake in each of Armadillo Storage Holding Company Limited and Armadillo Storage Holding Company 2 Limited (together, "Armadillo") which it does not already own. The SPA was entered into and completed today and Armadillo is now owned 100% by the Group.
