Dividend Declaration

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.40p per ordinary share payable to Shareholders on the register as at 6 August 2021. In line with information provided within the Prospectus dated 12 May 2021, this dividend is unchanged from the dividend paid in 2020 for the equivalent period.

The dividend will be paid on 31 August 2021 and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 August 2021.
