| LendInvest is an asset manager focused on property finance in the United Kingdom. The business originates property finance assets for investors and financial partners through a variety of investment solutions and products, including funds and separate accounts, financial partnerships and residential mortgage-backed securities. These products are tailored to address the specific risk return and investment criteria of investors. Through LendInvest's platform, institutional investors gain exposure to property finance assets without requiring them to establish direct lending operations or borrower services. LendInvest uses proprietary technology and third party integrations to provide better solutions for borrowers and intermediaries. The volume and quality of mortgages originated by its scalable platform is attractive to institutional investors and financial partners. For example, earlier this year LendInvest secured a £625 million separate account mandate with J.P. Morgan where up to 50 per cent. of buy-to-let mortgages originated will be allocated to the J.P. Morgan Separate Account. LendInvest believes that its business model is applicable to all segments of the property finance market and its strategy is to grow the business by expanding into product categories such as specialist homeowner mortgages, consumer buy-to-let mortgages and mainstream mortgages.
LendInvest generates revenue through management, performance and servicing fees on separate accounts and funds, and interest charged on assets funded by financial partnerships and residential mortgage-backed securities. Arrangement fees are earned on all property finance assets the business originates. LendInvest Limited (incorporated on 17 July 2012) is the ultimate parent company of the group, and will be re-registered as a public limited company prior to admission.
