2.   Reason for the donation: Hon Hai &YongLin Foundation jointly donate five million (5,000,000) doses of BNT162b2 vaccinefor use to fight off the COVID-19 pandemic.

3.   Total amount of the donation: The approximate value will not exceed USD$175,000,000 (including the vaccine procurement, the necessary cold-chain logistics and handling services, and the insurance).Hon Hai will not exceedUS$105,000,000 and YongLin Foundation will not exceed US$70,000,000.

4.   Counterparty to the donation: Taiwan Centers for Disease Control,Ministry of Health and Welfare, Executive Yuan.
