The Directors have declared a second quarterly interim dividend of 1 penny per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February 2022, to be paid on 27th August 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 6th August 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 5th August 2021.
