Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 5^th August, 2021 to inter-alia consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30^th June, 2021. Further, to our earlier letter dated 28^th June, 2021 with regard to closure of Trading Window, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited shall remain closed from 1^st July, 2021 to 7^th August, 2021 for all 'Designated Persons' as per the Insider Trading code of the Company.
