Chenavari is pleased to announce that the Portfolio Manager, Mr. Frederic Couderc, has recently purchased 2 million shares in the Company.

In addition, Mr. Loic Fery, CEO of Chenavari Investment Managers, has also purchased 3 million shares in the Company.

Both of these purchases were made at market price. Chenavari believe these transactions demonstrate further alignment with the investors in the Company.
