Revocation Order

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed acquisition by National Grid Holdings One plc of PPL WPD Investments Limited. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 9 June 2021 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition.

The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at http://www.gov.uk/cma as soon as is reasonably practicable.
