FTSE Russell notes the announcement by Prudential (UK, 0709954,  FTSE 100 Index, GEIS Large Cap) in relation to the offering of up to 130,780,350 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with an offer price to be announced on 26 September 2021 and results expected to be announced on 30 September 2021. The shares are expected to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange on 04 October 2021.

If the share offer results confirm that the FTSE Russell intra-quarter thresholds for primary offerings have been met, then the shares in issue for Prudential will be increased with the provision of two days' notice (i.e. effective from 05 October 2021, at the earliest).
