Reduction in TER

The Directors of the Company wish to inform you that the Company has issued a shareholder circular to each registered holder of shares in the Fund (the "Shareholders") for the purposes of informing Shareholders of the following change to the TER applicable to the Fund which will take effect on 1 October 2021:

It is proposed that the Fund-specific supplement to the prospectus of the Company (the "Fund Supplement") and the Key Investor Information Document for the Fund (the "KIID") will be updated in due course to reflect the above amendment.

Further information and copies of the updated Fund Supplement and KIID will be made available in due course at:

·      https://www.lgimetf.com;

·      the office of the Manager (LGIM Managers (Europe) Limited) at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland; and

·      the offices of the relevant paying and information agents relevant to each country in which the Fund has been registered for public distribution.

A copy of the notice issued to the Registered Shareholder has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and www.lgimetf.com.
