Invesco Markets III plc (the "Company")

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a Shareholder in the Company to notify you of a proposed change to the address of the registered office of the Company.

The Company proposes to change the address of its registered office from Central Quay, Riverside IV, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland to Ground Floor, 2 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2. This change will take effect on 6 December 2021.

The change will be reflected in the Prospectus of the Company in due course which will be available to Shareholders free of charge.

All capitalised terms used in this notice shall bear the same meaning as the capitalised and defined terms used in the Prospectus.
