It is key that our indices remain impartial, transparent and accurate, while reflecting the market opportunity that best aligns with investors' interests. That is why we recently conducted our own consultation with stakeholders to understand their views on how this should impact the eligibility criteria for the FTSE UK Index Series. FTSE Russell will provide further updates on any changes to the FTSE UK Series eligibility criteria in due course and will provide sufficient notice of any rule changes ahead of the implementation date.
