UPDATE TO THE NOMINATED ADVISER REGISTER

Following the acquisition of the parent company of nominated adviser, GCA Altium Limited ("GCA Altium") by Houlihan Lokey, Inc. GCA Altium is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Houlihan Lokey, Inc.

GCA Altium has changed its name to Houlihan Lokey UK Limited and the nominated adviser register has been updated accordingly.
