Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to Phase 2 given

by AT Brady Holdings Limited (Admiral) under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. Admiral's completed acquisition of 687 leased and tenanted, operator managed and one fully managed pub from NewRiver REIT plc will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by Admiral will come into effect from this date.

The text of this decision will be placed on the Competition and Markets Authority's web site at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases as soon as is reasonably practical.
