CHANGES TO THE PROSPECTUS / SUPPLEMENTS

Notice of the changes effective on 31st January 2022 or such later date as the Central Bank notes the revised Prospectus and Supplements.

1.   For the Funds detailed in the Shareholder Notice available on the Company's website at www.ssga.com, reduced TER figures (reduced from 23bps to 18 bps), as advised to you in the Shareholder notice dated 6 September 2021, and became applicable on 13 September 2021, will be reflected in updated Supplements;

2.   Bloomberg Barclays name change

Bloomberg Barclays fixed income benchmark indices were rebranded as the "Bloomberg Indices" in August 2021. This has been reflected in the names of the relevant Funds, the indices they track and the Funds' share classes; as detailed in the Shareholder Notice available on the Company's website at www.ssga.com.

3.   Inclusion of China Bond Connect

The Prospectus and supplements of the Funds listed below have been updated to include China Bond Connect as an optional market access for overseas investors to fixed income markets in Mainland China (CIBM) via trading infrastructure in Hong Kong. The relevant Funds, detailed in the Shareholder Notice available on the Company's website at www.ssga.com, may make all or substantially all of their investments through Access Programmes / Bond Connect.

4.   Change of Auditor

On 15 June 2016 a Statutory Instrument (S.I. No. 312/2016) was signed in Ireland that gave effect to an EU Directive and Regulation that introduced mandatory audit firm rotation (the "Statutory Instrument"). In line with the Statutory Instrument, PricewaterhouseCoopers concluded the external audit for the financial year ended 31 March 2021 and the Board approved Ernst and Young's appointment on 23 September 2021.

5.   Directory/Management

Updates have been made to the Directory and Management sections of the Prospectus to reflect the appointment of Mr. Patrick Mulvihill as a director of the Management Company.

Availability of Prospectus & Supplements

The revised Prospectus and Supplements, which also include certain other proposed updates, will be available from 31^st January 2022 or such later date as the Central Bank notes the revised Prospectus and Supplements, on www.ssga.com.
