Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 9.30 am on 4th February 2022 (the "EGM") will be adjourned until 9.30 am on 11th February 2022 as a quorum was not able to be met. The EGM is in relation to a proposed change to the benchmark index of the Fund and therefore the investment objective and policy of the Fund.

The original Notice of the EGM has been posted to shareholders and an electronic copy of the full shareholder letter is available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
