Merger Update: Energystore/Warmfill

Revocation order               

The CMA has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002, in relation to the completed acquisition by Energystore Limited of Warmfill Ltd, Warmwall Limited and related assets. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 17 December 2021 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition. 

Re-issue of initial enforcement order

The CMA has served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002, in relation to the completed acquisition by Energystore Limited of Warmfill Ltd, Warmwall Limited and related assets
