Revocation Order

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the anticipated merger of Nijjar Group Holdings (Acton) Limited and Medina Holdings Limited. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 24 August 2021 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the merger.

The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at http://www.gov.uk/cma as soon as is reasonably practicable.
