The Directors of Invesco Markets III plc have declared the following dividends for the second quarter of the financial year to 30 September 2022:

Announcement Date: 10 March 2022

Ex-Dividend Date: 17 March 2022

Record Date: 18 March 2022

Payment Date: 24 March 2022

While the prospectus for Invesco Markets III plc states that dividends, if payable, are to be paid on the last business day of the month following the dividend announcement the dividends payable in this instance are to be paid on 24 March 2022, within two weeks of the Announcement Date. Any changes to future dividend payment dates will be notified in advance of the date on which dividends will be paid.
