Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 09.30 a.m. on 29th April 2022 (the "EGM") in relation to a proposed change to the benchmark index of the Sub-fund and therefore the investment objective and policy of the Sub-fund.

The Notice of the EGM has been posted to shareholders and an electronic copy of the full shareholder letter will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
