Admission of a New Sub-Fund

The Board of Directors of HSBC ETFs plc (the "Company") announce the admission of the following sub-fund (the "Sub-Fund"):

The investment objective of HSBC MSCI AC Asia Pacific ex Japan Climate Paris Aligned UCITS ETF is to replicate the performance of the MSCI AC Asia Pacific ex Japan Climate Paris Aligned Index (the "Index"), which includes large and mid-cap securities across four of five developed markets (excluding Japan) and eight emerging markets countries in Asia Pacific region. The Index is designed to support investors seeking to reduce their exposure to transition and physical climate risks and who wish to pursue opportunities arising from the transition to a lower-carbon economy while aligning with the Paris Agreement requirements. The aim is to minimise as far as possible the tracking error between the Sub-Fund's performance and that of the Index.

The admission of the Sub-Fund's class of shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will become effective, and dealings will commence today 12 April 2022.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the prospectus of the Company dated 13 December 2021 (the "Prospectus").
