Admission of a New Sub-Fund

The Board of Directors of HSBC ETFs plc (the "Company") announce the admission of the following sub-fund (the "Sub-Fund"):

The investment objective of HSBC Europe ex UK Sustainable Equity UCITS ETF is to replicate the performance of the FTSE Developed Europe ex UK ESG Low Carbon Select Index (the "Index"), which tracks mid and large cap stocks in the developed countries in Europe ex UK. The Index seeks to achieve a reduction in carbon emissions and fossil fuel reserves exposure. The aim is to minimise as far as possible the tracking error between the Sub-Fund's performance and that of the Index.

The admission of the Sub-Fund's class of shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will become effective, and dealings will commence today 22 April 2022.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the prospectus of the Company dated 13 December 2021 (the "Prospectus").

Copies of the Sub-Fund's supplement have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.etf.hsbc.com.
