Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting

HSBC ETFs plc (the " Company ") announces that a notice convening the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been published and issued to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of A&L Goodbody, International Financial Services Centre, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, on Thursday, 21 July 2022, at 11am.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.etf.hsbc.com.
