iShares VII plc (the "Company")

iShares MSCI Russia ADR/GDR UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (the "Fund")

The board of directors of iShares VII plc wishes to inform shareholders of the intention to delist this fund from the London Stock Exchange on or around 22^nd June 2022.

As further detailed in the full shareholder letter, this delisting is being carried out in connection with the termination of the Fund and, in the meantime, the Fund will continue to be suspended.

The important dates are as follows:
