iShares MSCI Russia ADR/GDR UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (the "Fund")

NOTICE is hereby given that the following sub-fund is in termination:

As explained in previous notices to you dated 20 May 2022 and 16 June 2022, you will receive an initial payment, the settlement of which is scheduled to be on or around 27 June 2022. This initial payment will be $0.620671 per share.

As stated previously, you will be sent your share of the net proceeds (if there are any) from the sale of any remaining assets, at a potential date in the future.  Shares of the Fund will be retained on the Fund's shareholder register and cancelled at a later date of which Shareholders will be notified in advance.
