Notice of Annual General Meeting

SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I PLC  and SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II PLC ("the Companies") announces that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Matsack Trust Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 20 October 2022 at 2:00 pm (Irish time) and will deal with the normal matters to be attended to at an annual general meeting. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at www.ssga.com.

As explained in the AGM notices, please note that only the registered shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting (or any adjournment thereof). As sub-funds in the Companies use the International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD) model of settlement and Citivic Nominees Limited is the sole registered shareholder of shares in the sub-funds under the ICSD settlement model, investors in the sub-funds should submit their voting instructions through the relevant ICSD or the relevant participant in an ICSD (such as a local central securities depositary, broker or nominee). If any investor has invested in a sub-fund through a broker/dealer/other intermediary, the investor should contact this entity to provide voting instructions.
